Temporary Foster Needed
Folks, we need a temporary foster for an extremely affectionate and beautiful mama kitty and her two kittens that were still nursing and don’t weigh enough to be fixed yet. The mom is spayed and they are vaccinated. All are healthy with no medical needs. They just need maybe two weeks. If anyone is interested or knows anyone who might be, send them my way. We can provide all supplies. 🙂

Panda & Hector
Little “Panda” and “Hector Bob Gonzales” are doing much better. Both off to a rough start in life. Born at my house to a sick mama and two of their siblings didn’t make it. Getting over a mild URI with eye infections. Both super sweet babies are 6 weeks old and will be just fine.  
“Prada” Has Pneumonia
“Prada” is a beautiful foster kitty and a mama to 5 wonderful kittens. She had an upper respiratory infection that quickly turned to pneumonia and has to be hospitalized. Unfortunately, her kittens are now sick with upper respiratory infections as well and are being treated with antibiotics. Her nursing kittens are with their loving foster family and really miss their mama. For labs and two days of hospitalization with treatments, it comes to $1,200. Please help us save this family. Any little bit helps!

Sunrise Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) cat rescue serving San Diego County and South Orange County. We take in cats from local shelters, off the streets, and from families who can no longer care for them.
Every cat in our program lives in a real home with a dedicated foster family, not a cage, not a kennel. Our fosters give them the love and stability they need while we work to find them their forever homes.
Many of the cats we take in are on euthanasia lists or need extra medical care. We cover vet bills, spay/neuter, microchipping, and vaccinations so adopters can focus on what matters: giving a cat a great life.
Whether you want to adopt, foster, volunteer, or donate, there is a place for you here. We are a small team that runs on big hearts and community support.
